Six Weeks to Flexibility, Stability and Strength can provide cross-training tools, or simply a way to integrate vitality and health into all parts of your life. This video contains over 2 hrs of information with 6 Chapters. Chapter 1 is a Static Flexibility routine. Chapter 2 is a Dynamic warm up routine. Chapter 3 is a Myofascial Release routine on a foam roller. Chapters 4, 5 & 6 are each different workouts that are progressive in nature emphasising core and stuctural fitness.
